Machine Maintenance Technician Job
Summary:
$25/hr - $34/hr Train 7 am - 3:
30 pm M - F for up to 90 days; then shift begins 7 pm - 7 am, alternating 3 and 4 days a week with every other weekend off Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems on productions equipment that uses electro-mechanical relay logic of PLC controls Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance procedures Utilize equipment manuals, analytical skills, and test equipment to identify equipment identify equipment problems and perform repairs Disassemble and repair hydraulic and pneumatic valves and cylinders Assist and participate in Maintenance training programs and on the job training Machine Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
Preferred 2 year technical degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Preferred 2
years of hydraulic mechanic work experience.
Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Must have excellent understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings to assist with troubleshooting equipment problems.
Must be capable of pushing, pulling and lifting/moving (up to 75 pounds.
) Must have 20/20 vision with correction, and be able to differentiate color, to detect defects.
