We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the housekeeping and maintenance team as a Director.
You will make a difference in the lives of residents by looking after the place they call home, including both manual and non-manual labor.
This position ensures that the residence and grounds are well maintained, equipment operates properly and the residence provides a safe and attractive living and working environment.

Maintaining, inspecting and repairing the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence, including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, roof, etc.
Managing the department budget and expense management, including supply inventory Directly supervising all housekeeping and maintenance staff to including hiring, training, scheduling, work orders, etc.
Completing bid proposals and ensuring outside vendors complete projects as requested Utilizing the company maintenance management system to document work orders, preventative maintenance, warranties, etc.
Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance, life safety systems/equipment inspections, and safety committee meetings and follow-up based on schedule Fulfilling other duties as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, or being available after hours to ensure the proper running of the residence Communicating effectively with residents and staff Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines REQUIREMENTS of this position would include but not be limited to:
Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance Previous experience supervising maintenance and housekeeping personnel Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite This position operates in various environments throughout the residence.
Regular exposure to heat, cold, various weather conditions, sharp objects, electric tools, sharp objects, and various chemicals will occur.

Legend Senior Living Associates will be required to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine unless a medical, or religious exception is approved.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
