Pay is based on experience from $16.
25-$19.
29 per hour.
This is a full time benefited position, 40 hours/week, non-exempt.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Client Care Specialist will be to provide service and attention to clients upon arrival for appointments at Bert Nash Center.
The position requires dependability which is defined as excellent attendance and timely arrival at the beginning of each assigned work shift.
Bert Nash is open 8 am to 8 pm.
Flexibility in working hours is a requirement for this position.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients and visitors upon their arrival; Providing notification to staff of arrival of clients and visitors; Accepting and documenting receipt of payments for services, verifying demographic and insurance information at each visit; Maintaining schedule for specified staff; Placing calls for specified staff for purposes of scheduling; Answering calls for scheduling and other matter; Contacting clinical staff for crises and other matters; Operating standard office machinery; Utilizing other support skills as required; Flexibility in working hours to include some evening hours; and Completing all paperwork associated with the financial and legal management of the Center's operations in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
Including but not limited to:
High school diploma or equivalent; Two (2) years prior office /clerical related experience; Strong typing and data entry skills; Strong organizational and communication skills; An ability to prioritize; An ability to work independently and in cooperation with others; Strong interpersonal skills in working with diverse publics; Flexibility in assigned working hours; and Must be able to achieve within one's first 6 months of employment a working competency in the management and use of the Center's electronic medical record (EMR) software as demonstrated by timely and accurate documentation of the clinical record.
Bert Nash Center requires proof of Covid-19 immunization prior to starting any position.
Covid-19 vaccine series must be completed or in process to be cleared for new hire orientation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
