Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors Make ready units for new move-ins Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance (rotation) Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program Complete grounds work such as:
grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping Replacing carpets and vinyl plank floors Scheduling repairs that warrant special technical skills.
The Maintenance Supervisor must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
Maintenance Technician must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above.
Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a similar role Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Available to work on weekends, if required Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Required We offer competitive pay, affordable health, dental and vision, an excellent PTO package plus 10 paid holidays!
