The Operations Clerk is responsible for supporting our Operations team.
Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Change Orders, System Manuals and Paperwork Printing for Engineering.
This role will also support efforts in Projects, Production Engineering, Production and Purchasing.
To succeed, you must be able to:
Operate with humility, respect and transparency Organize, prioritize and be accountable for multiple tasks at a given time while meeting and exceeding deadlines Utilize complex problem-solving skills Collaborate across many teams, levels and situations Above all you will be expected to carry out all your activities with reliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, responsible and efficient manner ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Create manuals Paperwork printing Follow, maintain and update SOPs Develop working relationships with production, engineering, sales and finance departments Follow company policies and safety practices as required Support leaders and teammates in Operations practices Document policies, procedures, and be a resource to help with training Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to handle multiple tasks with awareness and accuracy High attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills DESIRED/PREFERRED:
Basic understanding of manufacturing environment To succeed, you must be able to:
