We're looking for a full-time IT Helpdesk Technician to be the newest addition to our team of A-Players.

As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, maintaining, and upgrading systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Provide Technical Support Respond promptly and professionally to IT support tickets and inquiries from team members Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating more complex problems to senior technicians if necessary Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance problems Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, including Windows and Mac operating systems Maintain and Upgrade Systems Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed Assist in the implementation of new hardware and software solutions Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the reliability and security of network infrastructure Provide Exceptional Customer Service Interact with team members in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users Educate users on best practices and guidelines for using hardware and software Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions Create and update technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (3
years of IT Support experience preferred) In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems Basic knowledge of Windows Servers, MS Office, Virtual Servers, Network Structure & Security, Active Directory, and Antivirus Strong problem-solving, analysis, and attention to detail skills Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to change and perform assigned tasks Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain good employee relations.
