I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11:
00am-3:
00pm.
The basic duties include:
Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms Emptying trash Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion) Sweep / Vacuum the floors Mop as needed Generally keep common areas clean & tidy ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED All tasks generally take around 1.
5 - 2 hours to complete.
The pay ranges from $30-$100 per checkout depending on the size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short-term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all.
But on average there are around 10-20 reservations a month ranging from 1-5 days.
