gov) Job duties:
This is a second-in-command supervisory position responsible for the day-to-day operations of a major court department in Kansas's fifth largest district court.
The TCCIV oversees the work of lower-tier supervisors and entry-level employees engaged in technical clerical work, and they will also be expected to help establish and maintain regular interactions with partners throughout the criminal justice system and other community touchpoints.
The TCCIV works under the general supervision of the Clerk of the District Court, who evaluates their work on the basis of results.
Education and
Experience:
Graduation from high school and four years of clerical experience, including at least three years of court clerical or equivalent experience and including one year of supervisory experience.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university may be substituted for the required clerical and/or supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
