- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients.
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations Skills:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist clients with mobility.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals you may come in contact with.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately.
