We are looking for an experienced HRIS professional with a high attention to detail, strong problem-solving and initiative.
The HRIS Manager will have a demonstrated background utilizing analytical skills, must be resourceful, flexible and committed to providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
This role will also lead Workday HCM implementation work- Workday experience is a huge plus.
The HRIS Manager is responsible for the design, build and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) as well as data input, data integrity, data analysis and overall HRIS reporting.
This position will lead HR data, analytics and operational support to multiple functions within LMH.
As HRIS Manager, this role manages project timelines, scheduling, and user education in support of the HR software suite throughout all areas of HR.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated Data analytics experience with advanced excel skills Minimum of 3 years progressive HRIS experience, including implementation or migration of HRIS Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years project management experience Experience with Workday HCM Implementation Proven time management skills and detail orientation Thorough knowledge and experience with computer applications Strong knowledge of applicable compliance and data privacy laws Responsibilities Maintains HRIS, including documentation to ensure data integrity through research of data discrepancies; updating system tables, codes and security files; monitoring security, identifying, researching and analyzing problems before implementing changes.
Manages project development from beginning to end, according the LMH Project Management Methods, and possess the ability to bring the project to a successful completion through political sensitivity and project coordination.
Identifies and leads projects related to the design, management, enhancement, and implementation of HRIS system and other related HR systems.
Provides direct support to stakeholders for utilization of HR systems, as well as a variety of HR inquiries.
Responsible for supporting annual HR processes and activities and ensures compliance with HR policies.
Project manages IT to ensure system platforms are up-to-date, including testing and problem resolution prior to loading to live platform.
Facilitates management of the HRIS systems, HRP and integrated software, talent acquisition, training, education, competency, timekeeping, and policies.
Develops communication and end-user training related to Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
Recommends revisions to work flow processes, incorporating HR best practice into system design.
Develops and maintains security access.
Oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity.
Collaborates with IT Business Analysts in advanced report writing utilizing query applications.
Processes employee information and status updates, maintain employee information within the HR database to ensure data integrity.
Acts as primary point of contact for all HR reporting and HR metrics, including generating HR reports, ensuring data integrity and conducting audits.
Monitors hours for compliance with healthcare reform; notifying Total Rewards Manager of those employees nearing eligibility status.
Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
