Conduct inside sales:
answering phone calls and emails, speaking with customers.
Create customer quotes and invoices.
Create mockups for orders.
Follow up on quotes and customer accounts.
Skills:
Ability to read and follow a pricing matrix.
Ability to work with computers.
Emailing.
Speaking on the phone.
Proficient follow-up skills.
Ability to learn new software.
Ability to identify an issue and perform quality control.
Strong communication.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Can work in a fast-paced environment where tasks may change daily.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator is required.
Holman Needle & Ink is a garment decoration company, the services provided are screen printing and embroidery.
Duties of a sales associate primarily involve speaking with customers, handling phone calls and emails, and sending quotes and invoices that follow a pricing matrix.
The ability to quote involves learning to use a print production software.
Commission available for outside sales.
