We are looking for someone who is upbeat, ready to jump in, and help wherever needed.
Customer service is very important to us, so we are needing someone who is welcoming, helpful, and detail-oriented for order taking.
Available all year around is a requirement (to help during school breaks when a majority of our staff goes home).
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Managing the day to day operations of the shop Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, while maintaining structure and our principals.
Supporting our staff - lead, train, communicate, schedule.
Communicate with Mary (LOC owner), Wichita team, and help implement LOC values and principles with Lawrence staff.
Do the following and ensure staff does as well:
Helping customers with questions and product recommendations.
Ringing up purchases & taking payments.
Maintain organization of shop & shelves at all times.
Answer phone inquiries.
Help with balloons.
Communicate between stores on inventory needs and restocks.
Working well with shop team and acting with integrity, humility and respect.
QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Upbeat and collaborative attitude Self-motivated Attention to detail Available on weekends Retail/Sales experience Supervisor experience is a plus Willingness to learn and listen - can take constructive criticism to ensure product & experience is at LOC standards.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Open to schedule discussion, for example if you have kids in school and we need to work around that.
