As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth.
If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service/sales background, and experience with social media we want to hear from you! Duties:
- Order Entry - Work with Vendors and contractors to ensure customer orders are delivered correctly and on time - Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Maintain and proactively oversee our social media platforms and website updates Skills:
