has full-time positions for a General Laborer / Lawn Maintenance Laborer with the ability to work beside others in efforts to complete our single-family and/or other miscellaneous projects efficiently and with high quality.
Our General Laborers / Lawn Maintenance Laborers take advantage of competitive pay, paid vacation, and other offered company benefits.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess the ability to perform physical labor lawn maintenance and other strenuous tasks.
Have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Have the ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and other lawn care equipment in a safe manner.
Must be punctual and reliable during regular working hours Monday through Friday.
During times of high project activity, some weekend hours may be required.
MUST have a valid driver's license No Exception.
Company vehicles are utilized for transport from project(s) to shop during business hours.
MUST have reliable transportation.
MUST be able to complete a satisfactory drug screen, and background check (criminal and motor vehicle).
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Daily collection and removal of all trash and or potential hazards from job sites and company facilities.
Check, adjust, and maintain irrigation systems.
Perform General laborer and/or Landscape laborer duties -- mowing, trimming, and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks, and buildings.
Weeding, thinning, and cleaning flowerbeds and other grounds.
Planting, trimming, and landscaping.
Assist with snow removal, as necessary.
General Laborer duties may include:
Unload/load, transport, or carry building materials and supplies to appropriate site locations.
Perform site cleanup daily to ensure all tools and equipment are stored in a neat and secured area.
Assisting foreman and or superintendent as directed.
Maintain communication with supervisor regarding status of the project.
At all times, demonstrate courteous and professional customer service skills.
