We're looking for a motivated, efficient, and communicative customer service representative that can manage both customer relations and order processing/management.
This position would be ideal for someone that excels at delivering great customer service, can perform multiple tasks at once, and is looking to gain experience at an established brand name.
Experience working in a small business environment is a plus.

We work with over 100 vendors and various shipping carriers to deliver products as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Members of our customer service team are able to work in a fast-paced environment and have influence over their workflow to suit their skillset.
What You'll DoAnswer phone calls, emails and chats from both customers and vendorsResolve customer service issues in a professional and timely mannerFacilitate order processing, including booking shipments, confirming stock levels and troubleshooting any issuesReport to the operations/customer service managerWho You AreSomeone with exceptional customer service and multitasking skillsAn attentive and fast learner with strong organizational skills and exceptional written and oral communication skillsSomeone able to work remotely with stable internet access and a quiet/distraction free work environment(Preferred) Someone with experience in shipping and receiving(Preferred) 1
