This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a fast-paced and technologically advanced environment.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
1.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
2.
Execute preventative maintenance programs for all machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
3.
Diagnose and repair problems with machinery and equipment, including PLC and RS Logics.
4.
Perform fabrication, welding, and machining tasks as required.
5.
Collaborate with the production team to understand and resolve machinery issues.
6.
Assist in the installation and set-up of new machinery and equipment.
7.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
8.
Document and maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and machine settings.
9.
Recommend improvements to maintenance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.
2.
Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
3.
Proficiency in PLC and RS Logics.
4.
Skilled in fabrication, welding, and machining.
5.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
6.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9.
Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.
10.
A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
