Ability to follow prep recipesAble to handle food products amidst an active, Guest-filled food lineAbility to operate kitchen equipmentOrganized and efficient in stocking food lines and sauce barEnsure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safetyAnswers Guest questions and assists in guiding our Guests through the lineLabel food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)Meet special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standardsKeeps walk-in cooler organized and cleanPersonal Requirements:
Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitudeAbility to work positively in a fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable interacting with our GuestAbility to work effectively within a teamAbility to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.
