Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Fitness Professionals certified through ACE, NASM or ISSA to join our team.
As a Fitness Coach you will be responsible for educating and motivating individuals to achieve their fitness goals through the OHM Fitness EMS routines and various exercise techniques.
Successful candidates will express willingness to obtain EMS certification through OHM Fitness EMS Certification program.
Fitness Coaches that are outgoing, approachable, have a good understanding of all fitness levels and ability to train proper technique are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Educate clients on benefits of EMS and our fitness program.
Lead classes through the OHM Mountain Arc, providing safe and effective workouts for members.
Check in with clients before and after classes, ensuring their comfort and answering client questions.
Create a positive and empowering environment for members, help them achieve their fitness goals and encourage them to continue with their best effort.
Modify exercises and workouts to accommodate clients with different fitness levels and abilities.
Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on the latest EMS techniques and fitness trends.
Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring that equipment is in good working order and properly sanitized after each use.
Assist with marketing and promotional events, promoting our services and attracting new clients to our studio.
Requirements Certified through ACE, NASM or ISSA.
Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members.
Willingness to obtain EMS certification through OHM Fitness EMS Certification program.
Ability to lead group fitness classes and modify workouts to meet the needs of clients with different abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills andattention to detail.
Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals Experience in yoga helpful, but not required.
