Duties:
In this position you will provide relief management of a couple of self-storage facilities while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws.
This position provides relief management of two facilities in the Colorado Springs area.
Job duties include:
Show and rent units and parking spaces, assist customers with selection.
Answer phone, make phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Process payments, make delinquency calls, and note account files.
Maintain accurate rental agreements and complete customer files.
Use computer software, print and interpret reports.
Perform light maintenance such as cleaning units, pulling weeds, sweeping, mopping and minor repairs.
Daily walk throughs and security checks of the property.
Follow opening/closing and daily operational procedures.
Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance financial transactions.
Work closely with the Argus team to serve customers.
We strive to reach beyond the standard and deliver nothing short of excellent customer service to all tenants and potential tenants.
What we require from you:
Valid state issued driver license and reliable transportation Must be available to work Saturdays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to conduct physical maintenance, both outdoors and indoors Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Desired Requirements:
