Fill in shifts are required at times to ensure coverage during business hours of operation, 9 am - 9 pm Sunday-Saturday.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact between the Lawrence Arts Center program staff and the public.
This position includes greeting all patrons of the Lawrence Arts Center, processing class enrollments, answering in-person and telephone inquiries, maintaining financial and contact information, ticket sales, and account reconciliation.
Strong administration skills, excellent customer service and organizational skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Google Calendar, and database experience required.
Salesforce, communications, and gallery or art experience preferred.
