Receptionists are often the first contact patients have with us so we are looking for someone who is a friendly self-starter with superior communication skills.
Candidate must be punctual, organized, have good computer skills, and be able to multi-task and work a flexible schedule.
Some evenings and Saturday mornings are requried.
Basic duties will include:
Answering phone in courteous and timely manner, ensuring patient needs are addressed Scheduling appointments Checking in patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments not covered by insurance Communicating with other receptionists and nurses to ensure smooth patient flow Helping with patient care reports by making phone calls and sending letters Ensuring reception, nursing, and waiting room areas are organized and clean Indexing documents to patient charts Ideal candidate will have medical receptionist experience; however, we will train the right person.
