Bear Communications, LLC is accepting applications for the full-time position of Human Resources Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for providing administrative and office support to the HR management team. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and ready for new challenges! A key function of this position is to provide administrative support for our Recruiter and recruiting efforts. Telecommunications office experience is a plus!
GENERAL DUTIES:
Recruitment:
Provide administrative assistance for our recruiter regarding all administration connected with organizing and managing recruitment and staffing
Assist managing recruitment emails, responding to and forwarding emails in a timely manner
Help with queries from candidates and employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner
Arrange interviews, setup interview rooms and send out confirmations
Administer assessment tests as required
Record relocation and interview expenses and invoices
Assist in the referencing process, including sending reference requests to previous employers and providing feedback to the hiring manager
Support the maintenance and organization of the recruitment software Resumator
When required, search resume database sites and social media channels for candidates
Assist with the completion of the weekly staffing report

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
