Essential Functions:
The Human Resources Manage will be responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations by providing special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee benefit plans. This position also works with payroll by administrating employee comp and status changes. Develops, recommends, and implements approved, new, or modified benefit plans and related policies and supervises administration of existing plans. Develops cost control procedures to assure maximum coverage at the least possible cost to company and employee. Assists the Director of Human Resources with HRIS administration, employee relations, performance management, policy development and onboarding new employees.
Administers employee benefits programs including retirement plans, basic hospital, medical, surgical, and major medical plans; term life insurance plans and disability programs.
Develops census data and solicits insurance companies for quotations. Evaluates quotations and makes recommendations to management. Develops company cost information for new plans and makes recommendations to management concerning sharing of costEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
