Essential Functions:
The Human Resources Manage will be responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations by providing special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee benefit plans. This position also works with payroll by administrating employee comp and status changes. Develops, recommends, and implements approved, new, or modified benefit plans and related policies and supervises administration of existing plans. Develops cost control procedures to assure maximum coverage at the least possible cost to company and employee. Assists the Director of Human Resources with HRIS administration, employee relations, performance management, policy development and onboarding new employees.
Administers employee benefits programs including retirement plans, basic hospital, medical, surgical, and major medical plans; term life insurance plans and disability programs.
Develops census data and solicits insurance companies for quotations. Evaluates quotations and makes recommendations to management. Develops company cost information for new plans and makes recommendations to management concerning sharing of cost

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
