We are seeking an HR Plant Manager for our client in Lawrence, KS.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an HR transformation initiative. The HR Manager is a key member the HR team embedded amongst local business management, providing generalist HR guidance and support, driving the achievement of business goals through workforce development. This position will serve as part of the plant leadership team.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field; alongside 3
years' HR Generalist experience. Solid knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA etc) is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
