Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hardwood floors, central air and we provide the lawn care. Tenants do not have access to the shed on the property. No smoking in unit. Tenant pays for all utilities - gas, electricity, water & trash. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on sidewalk. Each adult that will be living at the property must fill out a separate application, be approved and be on the lease. $45 cash application fee is due with each application. We required good credit, good rental history, clear background check and that each tenant makes 2.5 times the rent. We do not accept Zillow applications.
